People-Powered Playthings People powered crank concepts are being developed by Sony’s sustainable design group (dubbed “odo”), which is creating a line of kinetic-powered gadgets. The Crank N’ Capture video camera is one of five such products. Others include the Pull N’ Play FM stereo headphones, and the Juice Box, a foldable solar battery that attaches to the window with suction cups to drink in the sunlight.
